HILFESYSTEM + FAQ

What do the specifications on the shop site mean?

Every page in the Shop is the node of a complex navigation structure. The contents area of a page consists of the following:

  • A-Z Index
  • The number of a node is always specified in square brackets, e.g. [1234]
  • Navigation "up" (more general)
  • Number and name of current node
  • Navigation "down" (more specific)
  • List of items assigned to this node
  • On the right hand side you find pictures, sketches and documents with information for all items in this node

The item list gives you:

  • where available, a photo of the item (click on, then zoom picture)
  • the item code number (ICOD) or type specification
  • the item number is always written in round brackets, e.g. (33712)
  • a short description
  • the price (gross)
  • possibly detail link to obtain more information on the item
  • the link to add the item to your Cart
  • possibly a link for enquiries (where the item is not in stock or item prices fluctuate greatly)

In the meantime, photos, zoom pictures, sketches, dimension drawings and specification sheets are available.
