ONLINE-SHOPShipping costs
We dispatch consignments worldwide.
The choice of shipping agent depends on the following:
- Country of destination
- Reliability of shipping agent
- Size and weight of consignment
- Urgency
For consignments within Germany and EU countries we recommend UPS.
Upon request UPS-Express dispatch may be carried out at extra cost.
For all countries outside the EU region we recommend UPS-Express.
DHL-Express is also available if desired.
Moreover we dispatch consignments with all shipping agents with which you have your own customer service number.
To some countries, e.g. Switzerland, it is cheaper to send consignments by post.
Due to various factors exact shipping rates cannot always be specified in advance once
they have been put in the shopping cart of our shop website. This applies in particular to
consignments abroad. We will therefore advise you of the exact rates and only dispatch your
consignment after having received your confirmation.
On discovery of damage which is not externally visible, you have to inform us immediately in writing, within 5 days after the day of delivery.
