Should you have any complaints, be it an error in supply or faulty items, please do not:

1. return the consignment to us without adequate postage. On principle such consignments will not be accepted.
2. simply withdraw your direct debit authorization, once you have given your authorization.

Both result in substantial costs which eventually will be borne by the person causing them.

But contact us by telephone, e-mail or fax.

Please specify your customer number and the reason for your complaint.

We will then either contact you by the same means or advise you on further measures to be taken.

On returning the consignment it is important that the original packaging is undamaged.

Please return the item(s) to us with additional packaging.

Prices

We make every effort to supply all items at the prices specified in our shop.

Unfortunately it is not always possible to update the prices on every item, since, for example, the prices of many discontinued items are dealt with on a daily basis. We, therefore, reserve the right to quote a new price before dispatch and, in this case, await your confirmation.

The prices quoted here are only valid for processing orders through the internet. For sales and counselling in our in-house shop the prices specified in the shop are valid.
All quotations of prices include VAT per item, bag etc. plus shipping and handling charges.
